Divorce and separation is a difficult time for everyone involved. It is a time of emotional turmoil and much anxiety over the unknowns. There are many challenges that you may be faced with during a divorce. It is important to remember that you are not alone in your struggle dealing with an array of emotional and challenging situations. Many individuals that are in the process of going through a divorce experience a great deal of low self esteem and a profound sense of loss. Along with this comes depression and the need to learn a way to cope with a large range of emotions and feelings surrounding the divorce. Learning how to be on your own again and let go of your spouse may be a large challenge for you.
